Great holiday 😀 - Staff so friendly, very handy location bus stop right outside door to go to different villages, breakfast very handy before heading out on the slopes! Ideally located to walk out onto slope. I left a piece of jewellery in our room when we left and they posted it over to me. Very much appreciated 😞 - None

A great stay and will definitely revisit and recommend! 😀 - A great stay at ho36, did near 10 nights in the 10 bed dormitory and met some very interesting people! All the staff were always very helpful and friendly! Great location to ski, less than 100m walk to the lifts and having the ski hire shop within the hotel is great too. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good value stay in La Plagne! 😞 - My only note would be to light the dorms up a bit, it felt a bit dark in there. But this might be because I was in there working some times that I noticed it.

Nice hotel overall for a weekend, does the job. 😀 - The lounge area and bar were top , the location ideal . 😞 - The room of 4 , the large bed is top but the "cell" is really very very average. The impression of being in prison . With a 30 cm view of a half-asbestos, half-polystyrene painted ceiling, your rooms for 4 need to be redesigned.

Despite Booking's lack of seriousness, we spent a pleasant night in this hotel with an extra dinner. 😀 - The kindness of the staff: listening to try to make up for Booking's lack of seriousness. Booking offers accommodations whose hosts are unreliable. Ours never got back to us. Booking undertook to relocate us in an equivalent manner. We waited 3 hours and finally accepted the offer at HO36. Thanks to them, even if the hotel didn't offer the same services, we were very well received. The hotel manager is charming and extremely kind. Thank you very much and I recommend this hotel to 200% 😞 - RAS
